Sales Floor Associate

This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service by utilizing the E.C.E.T. process and maintaining a clean, well-stocked store environment. The associate is responsible for assisting customers with product location, special orders, and various store services such as paint mixing and key cutting. Additionally, the position involves accurate register operations, processing returns, and supporting team training and daily operational goals.
