Sales Incentive Compensation Analyst

The role is responsible for administering sales incentive compensation plans for US Go‑To‑Market teams, including data compilation, crediting rule application, payout calculations, and review under the direction of an Incentive Compensation Manager or Associate Director. The analyst will manage datasets, upload to Varicent, handle exceptions, and support governance and special sales programs.
