Sales Lead

The Sales Lead at Build‑A‑Bear Workshop serves as a role model Bear Builder and, on designated shifts, acts as the Floor Leader on Duty. In this capacity, they guide and support a team of associates to ensure smooth store operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and achieve sales goals. When not on floor‑leader duty, they continue to provide direct guest service and uphold operational standards.
