Sales Leader West

The Sales Leader West is responsible for driving Cal-Line Equipment's sales results, including revenue, gross profit, and team performance. This role leads sales representatives, expands equipment, rental, parts, and service revenue across the Cal-Line territory, and prioritizes growth in three core product lines: CMC tracked aerial lifts, Bandit tow-behind chippers, and Giant loaders. The position involves managing sales plans, developing the sales team, and fostering relationships with manufacturers and customers.
