Regal Rexnord’s Sales, Engineering, and Leadership (SEAL) Program is a structured early-career rotational program designed to build foundational business and technical acumen for a career in sales. Participants complete successive assignments across marketing, engineering, and inside/outside sales while receiving mentorship and cohort support. The program begins with an initial rotation based at the Milwaukee, Wisconsin headquarters, with potential relocation within the U.S. after completion.
