Sales Manager - Banca

This role is responsible for driving the sales of various SBI Card products across an assigned geography comprising multiple branches and points of sale. The position involves managing a large team of non-full-time employees, executing sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across partner banks. Success is measured by achieving MOU targets, converting leads, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and process adherence.
