About this role

Als Vertriebsmitarbeiter/in bei 360Volt GmbH betreust du den gesamten Verkaufsprozess – vom ersten Termin bis zum Abschluss – und überzeugst Kundinnen und Kunden von unseren Wärmepumpen und Services. Der Großteil deiner Termine erfolgt digital mit vorqualifizierten Leads; Kaltakquise gibt es nicht. Du arbeitest eng mit Marketing und Pre-Sales zusammen, hast eine starke Abschlussorientierung, und baust langfristige Kundenbeziehungen auf. Dein Arbeitsplatz ist komplett digital mit modernem CRM und Tools, und du kannst bis zu 100 % remote arbeiten oder im Büro in Bochum tätig sein.
