Sales Manager

This role is responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities within the Human Nutrition Business, including building and directing the sales team to achieve maximum profitability and growth. The position involves establishing strategic plans to expand the customer base, penetrating new markets, and managing key customer relationships while ensuring compliance with company values. Additionally, the role requires preparing annual sales budgets, monitoring operational records, and coordinating with various departments to align importation, logistics, and product sourcing efforts.
