Sales & Marketing Leadership Development Program

The Kerry Leadership Development Program is a 24-month graduate rotational program designed to build future leaders through meaningful business experience, structured development, and exposure to Kerry’s global taste and nutrition organization. This Commercial Excellence pathway provides early career talent with opportunities to learn, contribute, and grow through sales and/or marketing-focused rotations. Participants will gain hands-on exposure to Kerry’s Sales and/or Marketing functions while learning how Kerry partners with customers to bring innovative food and beverage solutions to market.
