About this role

The Sales Operations Analyst acts as the primary Level 1 support for the Sales team, managing inbound requests through Salesforce case management and ensuring issue resolution. This role oversees quote and data governance, SLA adherence, and contract support to maintain data integrity and drive efficient deal progression within the quote-to-cash lifecycle. Serving as a critical control point, the analyst collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Technical teams to safeguard system data and process compliance.

Responsibilities

Manage inbound Salesforce case intake and ensure timely issue resolution
Execute quality assurance reviews for quotes and contracts for accuracy
Monitor case queues to meet Service Level Agreement expectations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deal progression and approvals
Analyze case trends to identify process gaps and recommend improvements
