Sales Operations Coordinator

This role provides executive administrative support to the Director of Sales, managing day-to-day operations, calendar coordination, and sales pipeline reporting. The position tracks new products and customers through the onboarding process from RFQ to first shipment, coordinating across multiple internal departments. It involves maintaining accurate sales data, preparing forecasts, and resolving customer issues to ensure smooth workflow and process improvement.
