Sales Operations Manager EMEA and US

The Sales Operations Manager EMEA and US drives commercial performance across the EMEA and US regions by elevating retail performance through robust sales operations, KPI governance, and the deployment of retail excellence standards. This role acts as a transversal business partner, collaborating with Retail, Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, and Training teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and sustainable growth. The position is responsible for defining and monitoring key retail performance indicators, developing dashboards, and supporting sales forecasting and budgeting.
