Sales Operations

This role supports the Country Director of Thales Japan by managing sales operations and contributing to the country’s multi-year strategic plan. The position provides market intelligence, reporting and forecasting, and coordinates with account managers, regional HQ and global business units to reinforce Thales’ presence in Japan. It offers exposure to frontline business elements across civil, defense and digital domains and a pathway to future roles in sales, marketing and strategy.
