Sales Operations

This role involves designing and building the operational foundation for Picnic's commercial organization, including territory models, commission instrumentation, and prospecting processes. The position serves as the first dedicated Sales Operations hire, with a clear path to building and leading a team as the company scales. The individual will own the reporting layer, manage Salesforce as the system of record, and ensure accurate data and commission calculations.
