Sales Specialist

The Sales Specialist is responsible for leasing available homes quickly to limit vacancy loss at the highest net rent while ensuring a positive customer experience from first contact through the entire lifecycle. This in-person role involves marketing the property, preparing lease documents, screening prospective residents, and maintaining compliance with Fair Housing requirements and applicable laws. The position also includes assisting with office management, recording resident details in property management software, and providing backup for guest check-ins and outs.
