About this role

iCapital is hiring a Sales Support Analyst to support the Alternative Distribution team by providing top-tier customer service to financial advisors across six US regions. This role acts as the primary liaison between advisors and internal teams such as Sales, Investor Relations, and Operations to assist with pre-sale, sale, and post-sales activities. The candidate will drive user registration, lead marketing campaigns, and manage complex referrals regarding investment creation and servicing.

Responsibilities

Drive new user registrations by proactively engaging financial advisors
Lead campaigns to promote iCapital Marketplace product launches
Maintain accurate Salesforce CRM records and user profiles
Act as the main point of contact for advisor investment queries
Manage referrals to structured investments and client solutions teams
