Sales Support Representative

The Sales Support Representative is responsible for qualifying and tracking incoming leads using the internal CRM system, scheduling showroom and in‑home visits, and acting as a brand ambassador by handling chats, calls, voicemails, website inquiries, and emails. The role works closely with account managers and sales executives to ensure leads are properly qualified, assigned, and supported throughout the sales process.
