Sales Support Specialist

The position involves front-end pre-processing activities to ensure loan files are complete, accurate, and ready for transfer to Operations and underwriting. The specialist serves as a primary point of contact for borrowers, processors, and underwriters while maintaining accurate loan status information across multiple systems.
