Sales Support Supervisor

The Sales Support Supervisor leads the daily operations of the Sales Support team for Ezee Fiber's FTTH sales organization, ensuring timely and accurate assistance for sales representatives, leaders, and BPO partners throughout the sales lifecycle. The role focuses on overseeing order processing, lead and territory management, reporting, commission support, and cross‑functional collaboration while driving continuous process improvements and maintaining high service standards.
