IES Abroad
The Salesforce Administrator, Billing & CPQ is a key technical resource supporting IES Abroad’s global Salesforce instance, with primary ownership of Salesforce Billing and CPQ functionality. This role administers and supports Billing/CPQ processes, resolves related tickets independently, and executes configuration, support, and enhancement work. The position also involves general Salesforce administration, quality assurance, process improvement, and end-user training to align with the overall Salesforce product strategy.
