About this role

This role is a Technical Lead responsible for driving business transformation through AI by analyzing customer operations and implementing Salesforce's Agentforce solutions. The position involves designing, building, and deploying autonomous AI agents that integrate with existing systems and data clouds to automate complex workflows. Candidates will lead the entire lifecycle from business modeling and process design to production deployment and customer enablement.

Responsibilities

Analyze customer business processes to identify opportunities for AI automation
Design and build autonomous AI agents using Agentforce and hybrid reasoning
Integrate AI solutions with Data Cloud and external systems for data grounding
Lead production deployment and ensure operational stability of AI agents
Support customer enablement and internalization of AI-driven workflows

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fieldExperience with Salesforce platform (Apex, Flow, Data Cloud)Proficiency in LLM frameworks and prompt engineeringKnowledge of business process modeling (UML, BPMN)Experience with AI Trust Layer and data governance
