Salesforce Business Analyst

The Salesforce Business Analyst supports the Enterprise Salesforce Team by gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements to ensure solutions meet business needs. This role partners with stakeholders and the Salesforce team to support enhancements, testing, training, and user adoption while developing a strong understanding of GreenState business processes and Salesforce capabilities. The position involves acting as a liaison between end users and the Salesforce team to ensure alignment on business needs and solutions.
