Salesforce Development Lead

The Lead Salesforce Developer will head Salesforce development for Richemont’s Client Interactions area, supporting worldwide initiatives to deliver a scalable template for Customer Relation Centres and client-facing teams. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining a Service Cloud-based platform that can be adapted across multiple Maisons while collaborating closely with business and technology stakeholders. This position balances innovation with preserving the heritage and identity of Richemont Houses.
