The Salesforce Solution Architect serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and the engineering team, driving the design and execution of scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. This role owns the end-to-end requirements lifecycle, from intake through solution design, while providing hands-on configuration and administration across multiple Salesforce clouds.
