We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Genesys Cloud CX to support an enterprise CRM and contact-center transformation initiative. The successful candidate will define Salesforce architecture, develop enterprise-grade solutions, and design integrations between Salesforce and Genesys Cloud CX.
