Salon Business Consultant

The Salon Business Consultant is a field-based role focused on helping salons thrive across a dedicated territory in and around Saint Paul, covering eastern MN and western WI. This position involves regular in-person salon visits, building meaningful relationships, and providing expert business consultation to inspire growth, loyalty, and long-term success. The role requires meeting assigned sales goals by utilizing manufacturer education and sales resources while expanding sales through new partnerships and product introductions.
