Sample Assistant

The Sample Assistant oversees the end-to-end lifecycle and physical management of sample inventory, maintaining an organized sample closet and managing systemic tracking for photo shoots. This role involves executing hands-on physical operations such as receiving, packing, lifting, and delivering shipments, while serving as a key liaison to external vendors and brand partners. The position requires close collaboration with styling teams, Product Supervisors, and logistics personnel to ensure seamless workflow support from initial receipt to final return.
