Sanitation Clerk Night

The Sanitation Clerk Night is responsible for maintaining food contact and non-food contact surfaces and equipment in pristine condition throughout the 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM shift. This role involves executing the company's GMP program, food safety protocols, and sanitation standard operational procedures under the direction of Quality Assurance. The position requires strict adherence to safety guidelines, proper use of sanitation chemicals, and collaboration with leadership to ensure a safe and sanitary plant environment.
