Sanitation Supervisor

The Sanitation Supervisor oversees and manages the sanitation crew responsible for disassembling, cleaning, sanitizing, and reassembling the production facility and equipment. This role ensures a safe, food-safe production environment by maintaining written sanitation programs, updating records, and supporting the HACCP Food Safety Program. The position involves training staff, coordinating with chemical suppliers, and ensuring compliance with FDA, USDA, and WDA standards.
