Sanitation Technician

The Sanitation Technician is responsible for providing safe and quality food by sanitizing equipment and maintaining production areas according to the Food Safety Program. This role involves cleaning and disassembling process equipment, operating Clean-In-Place systems, and performing preventative maintenance while adhering to all safety and allergen procedures. The position requires working independently or as part of a team to troubleshoot mechanical issues and document cleaning processes.
