About this role
The SILC Cluster Senior Director leads implementation of Sanofi’s Integrated Launch Capabilities to ensure launch excellence across Global Business Units and regions. The role drives integration of SILC tools and services (Foundations, SUITE & GenAI, Quants, Data & Simulation) and uses data-driven insights to improve launch readiness and outcomes. The position partners across commercial, medical, market access and technical teams to standardize frameworks and operationalize strategic initiatives.
