An Associate within Santander Alternatives (Wealth Management & Insurance) supporting a €12.5bn alternatives platform across Private Debt, Real Estate and Infrastructure. The role contributes to developing investment strategies and investor solutions for institutional and UHNWI clients and helps drive growth initiatives across venture capital, direct lending, hospitality and funds of funds. Based in London or Madrid, the position operates within a risk-aware, client-focused team.
