About this role

An experienced SAP BASIS Consultant or Lead is responsible for administering, configuring, and optimizing SAP systems across on-premise and cloud environments. The role involves managing system landscapes, performing upgrades and migrations, ensuring high availability, and supporting disaster recovery strategies. Leads are additionally tasked with mentoring junior consultants, defining operational standards, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems including ECC and S/4HANA
Manage SAP system landscapes and execute kernel upgrades and patching
Perform database administration for SAP HANA including backup and recovery
Ensure high availability and implement disaster recovery strategies
Lead BASIS teams and define operational standards and governance processes
