About this role
This 12-week paid internship supports MiTek's transition from SAP go-live and hypercare into steady-state by helping launch and stabilize the SAP Application Management Services (AMS) model. The SAP AMS Intern will work with the ERP Service Delivery Manager and AMS partner to monitor post-go-live operations, document processes, and develop performance reporting. The role provides hands-on exposure to IT Service Management, SLA governance, and analytics within a global ERP environment.
