This role serves as the primary functional administrator for KPJ's digital procurement platforms, focusing on the administration, operation, and continuous improvement of SAP Ariba and related integration components. The position involves providing end-user support, troubleshooting system issues, and coordinating technical changes to ensure business continuity and compliance. Additionally, the role supports future SAP S/4HANA procurement transformation initiatives and drives system adoption through user training and knowledge management.
