SAP HCM Lead III

The SAP HCM Lead III will work with business stakeholders and the client’s HCM thought leaders to provide conceptual design recommendations across SAP HCM modules such as Payroll, Time, Personnel Administration, and Organizational Management, as well as integrate with non‑SAP solutions like ATS and SuccessFactors. The role requires strong communication, political savvy, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while delivering value‑add guidance on the client’s HCM strategy.
