About this role
The Solution Architect will serve as the technical and security subject-matter expert supporting Spinnaker Support’s sales efforts in Australia, working closely with Account Executives to articulate product and service value to prospects and partners. The role focuses on developing technical solutions and commercial inputs for third-party support and managed services pursuits while representing Spinnaker’s capabilities in regional and global engagements. The SA will engage with customers and internal teams to translate technical landscapes into business outcomes and support sales proposals and estimates.
