SAP SuccessFactors Trainee

A motivated and enthusiastic SAP SuccessFactors Trainee will participate in a comprehensive training program covering multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruitment, Performance & Goals, and Learning Management System. The role provides hands-on experience in configuring, implementing, and supporting core HR processes on the SuccessFactors platform with a focus on clean core principles and real-world application. Trainees will engage in sandbox exercises, configuration walkthroughs, and peer learning to build foundational knowledge in HRIS lifecycle and talent management processes.
