SatCom Systems and Payload Lead

The SatCom Systems and Payload Lead leads the end-to-end development, validation, and performance of the telecommunications payload and ground segment for the Novacom I / OneSat partnership project. Reporting to the Project Manager, this role serves as the primary technical interface with industrial prime contractors and satellite operators, overseeing design, qualification, and in-orbit validation activities. The position ensures alignment with mission requirements, manages industrial partnerships, and coordinates multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver project objectives within schedule and budget.
