About this role

The Principal EGSE Engineer at Blue Origin leads the design, development, and integration of Electronic Ground Support Equipment for the TeraWave satellite communications network. This role involves defining requirements across multidisciplinary teams, managing architecture for power and avionics subsystems, and executing RF test campaigns for phased array antennas. The engineer also drives automation for high-volume satellite production and coordinates with flight software teams to validate end-to-end link performance.
