SBA Liquidation Specialist

The SBA Liquidation Specialist manages the administration, collection, and resolution of delinquent and defaulted government-guaranteed loans, primarily focusing on SBA 7(a) loans. This role involves developing recovery strategies, coordinating with legal counsel, and ensuring compliance with SBA regulations to maximize recoveries and protect the Credit Union's interests. The position also provides expertise on complex problem loans and works closely with the Chief Credit Officer to evaluate workout alternatives.
