Responsibilities

Independently manage SCADA scope, schedule, and budget throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors
Lead procurement and contract execution activities for project closeout
Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure critical milestone delivery
Proactively identify and mitigate technical and commercial project risks
