Scaffold Lead

The Scaffold Lead provides leadership and guidance to craft workers while assisting the Foreman in building, positioning, and dismantling wooden structures such as scaffolds and concrete forms. This role involves examining blueprints, selecting materials, and assembling scaffolding according to job specifications and company standards. The position requires working at heights and adhering to all safety and project rules.
