Scaffolding Apprenticeship Coach

The Scaffolding Apprenticeship Coach supports apprentices throughout their learning journey, helping them develop the occupational competence, technical knowledge, and professional behaviours required to succeed in the construction industry. This role combines workplace coaching, progress reviews, assessment, and employer engagement to ensure learners remain on track for successful completion and End-Point Assessment. The position offers an opportunity to utilize industry expertise to develop the next generation of skilled workers within a specialist construction training provider.
