Scaffolding Apprenticeship Coach

An experienced Scaffolding professional will support apprentices throughout their learning journey, developing their occupational competence, technical knowledge, and professional behaviours. The role involves workplace coaching, progress reviews, and employer engagement to ensure learners are prepared for successful completion and End-Point Assessment. This position offers an opportunity to combine industry expertise with apprenticeship delivery within a specialist construction training provider.
