Scale House Operator

This role serves as the first point of contact for customers depositing waste at a WM Facility, handling payment calculations and load inspections to ensure safety and compliance. The position involves greeting customers, directing traffic, and maintaining a safe environment through the observation of safety rules and regulations. Additionally, the employee is responsible for general upkeep of the Scale House and completing necessary administrative tasks and reports.
