Scale Operator 1st Shift

The Scale Operator is primarily responsible for weighing product boxes, ensuring the accuracy of weights, labels, and codes, and maintaining compliance with company policies and animal welfare guidelines. The role involves managing trailer movements, monitoring environmental systems for animal comfort, and maintaining a clean and orderly work environment. This position requires the ability to work independently, follow directions, and perform additional duties as assigned.
