Scale Operator

This position is primarily responsible for operating Dem-Con’s scale with a high level of customer interaction, requiring aptitude in waste acceptance, pricing, and facility operations. The role involves greeting and directing customers, monitoring traffic, and ensuring accurate weighing and ticketing of inbound and outbound vehicles. The incumbent must enforce waste acceptance policies, manage manifests, and balance the cash drawer daily while maintaining accurate records.
