The Administrative Assistant supports Borealis' leadership and management team in Calgary, providing executive, human resources, compliance, and office administration. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the role handles onboarding, off‑boarding, safety and fleet coordination, office logistics, and serves as the primary administrative contact for corporate staff and branch locations.
