Responsibilities

• Verify insurance eligibility and ensure requirements are met prior to service delivery
• Process patient requests and documents accurately in a time-sensitive environment
• Explain financial requirements including authorization processes and deductibles to patients
• Answer phone inquiries and speak with patients, physicians, and staff professionally
• Arrange appointments for care and manage general office procedures
